Lord, I pray that You walk with SIL as she attempts to walk towards healing and truth. Comfort her when she gets critical of herself and when she accuses herself for being a failure. Show her the truth of who she is in You. She brags about being loved by You but I wonder if that’s just her way of covering feelings of self-condemnation and feelings of being unloved.

Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me, let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling. Psalm 43:3

Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation, for you I wait all the day long. Psalm 25:5

Jesus, send out Your light and Your truth to SIL, let them lead her to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling. Let them bring her to the point where she will pray for herself, “Lead me in Your truth and teach me for You are the God of my salvation. For You I will wait all day long.”
